The cost is only $150 for the materials. Applications are being taken now at http://www.fasttrac.org/event.cfm?eventID=737
Through the interactive program, FastTrac TechVentures participants will develop a better understanding of the business-planning process, and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of their own businesses or ideas for a business. They also will write business plans or feasibility studies and learn how to address competition, as well as learning the legal aspects of running a business, protecting intellectual property, and licensing technology. Marketing, sales, customer relations, financial management, and exit strategies will be covered. Participants will also gain access to successful local entrepreneurs and service providers, banks, and other financing sources.
